Charlotte, NC Rate: $67-80/hr W2 Only – NO C2C Setting: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months. WE DO VISA TRANSFERS We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to join our dynamic team for a data migration project from Salesforce to MS Dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Informatica, SQL, and Autosys, with a strong background in CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics.

This role requires extensive experience in data migration or data integration projects and direct work experience on an Agile Scrum team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica and Informatica Cloud (IICS or IDMC). • Work on data migration from Salesforce to new applications on MS Dynamics. • Collaborate with other team members to update and rewrite existing processes in Salesforce. • Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and quality. • Conduct research to solve complex data-related issues. • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate actively as a member of an Agile Scrum team, working with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience: • Advanced proficiency in Informatica, including IICS or IDMC. • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and query optimization. • Experience with Autosys for job scheduling and automation. • Extensive experience with data migration and data integration projects. • Proficient with CRM systems; experience with MS Dynamics is preferred, Salesforce experience is a plus. • Proven experience working on an Agile Scrum team as a delivery team member. • Proficient with Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and SMEs. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in both Salesforce and MS Dynamics. • Strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
