About My Role
Deliver end to end campaign management for agency brands working with the INCA products.
Support agencies in broadcasting their clients' messages via content and Influencer Marketing channels, delivered at scale
Work cross-functionally with Xaxis resources to ensure best practice and outcomes.
3 years experience building and managing campaigns within an influencer marketing platform, including the selection of on-brand creators
3 years experience leading solid relationships with agency account teams, pivoting quickly to answer changing deadlines and urgent client needs
3 years experience managing influencer payment process through Salesforce, Prisma, Radia
3 years leading paid social campaigns within Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and/or other social platforms
Deep experience working in collaboration with programmatic media teams
Deep experience managing vendor payments, Salesforce, Prisma or another tool.
Experience leading legal conversations related to influencer contracts, terms and conditions and SOWs
Drive Campaign Process- This individual will manage comms related to proposed, won and lost campaigns to maintain accurate pipeline and campaign information across all key systems including Salesforce and Radia. He/she will ensure that the INCA commercial model is being applied and that campaigns are hitting target KPI's and commercial outcomes. He/she will help agency teams with campaign reconciliation, campaign wrap up reports.
Demonstrate content and influencer expertise-This individual will have a high-levelknowledge of content Campaign Management in order to integrate seamlessly with account teams. Ensure first-rate operational execution, hit client KPIs whilst maximizing margin. Be an expert in content execution, through both platform knowledge and a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. Understand content marketing strategy, how to build and question agency planning versus our products/executionegwhich creators will best suit the KPIS and objectives of the brief.
Some Basic Skills Needed
Application of industry & technical knowledge-knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, social and content marketing trends, technologies, and pricing models. Strong digital media knowledge and how to use our platforms to meet client objectives. A plus would be having any understanding of our competitors to be able to articulate our USPs versus theirs.
Professionalism-have rigorous attention to detail, be well organized, able to multi-task and time management, and able to work to deadlines (this could be working beyond normal hours). Understanding and effective use of key business systems, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint skills.
Good communication-effective communication with colleagues to ensure successful teamwork. I have to be able to explain our product offering in a compelling way to agency colleagues, and to clients. Tailoring our message to the audience to tell a conclusive story.
Problem Solving - thorough approach to solving problems with resilience and energy. I have to have a strong sense of initiative and personal ownership and embody a work ethic with a "how can we make this happen" mindsetalso while making sure each choice is for the best of INCA and the team.
