Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Our Opportunity:

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to launch our new Influencer program. You should be social media savvy, passionate about Influencers & Creators, and have strong organizational and communication skills. You will collaborate with a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, an agency, and join our Content Team in Boston, MA, Plantation, FL, or Bellevue, WA offices. What You'll Do:

• Support day-to-day influencer marketing planning & content direction, submitting detailed creative briefs for influencers and managing campaign calendars across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, paid social, product) to help improve the customer experience and amplify high-performing content.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers/creators best aligned to attract, inspire, and engage relevant audiences with authentic storytelling.

• Measure and analyze influencer program performance, offering advice for campaign improvement.

• Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, keeping tabs on competitor strategies.

• Identify trends and cultural moments for creators to engage with and accelerate time to launch timely campaigns.

• Juggle multiple projects and prioritize time while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience working in social media marketing and/or influencer marketing.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for video marketing, social media trends, and working directly with content creators.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media management software. Google Analytics experience preferred.

• A relentless desire to educate and entertain pet parents.

Hub Location & Work Arrangement:

• Hubs: Boston, MA | Plantation, FL or Bellevue, WA

• Hybrid Model: 2+ days in hub location per week

• Remote: NOT an option for this role
