Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
