Infection Control Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse

Job Description

Monitors and investigates known or suspected sources of infections in order to determine the source and ensure control. Reviews sterilization and disinfection techniques and recommends changes as needed.

Must have at least 1 year of hospital infection control management with APIC certification or eligibility. Risk management experience required specifically related to complaint resolution and customer recovery. The position requires someone who is flexible, can multiple task and assume responsibilities on projects within the Quality Department.

Responsibilities will also include Employee Health duties such as onboarding of new staff member as well as annual employee health requirements. LPN is required - RN is preferred.
