Requirements
- CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Valid state teaching certification or equivalent qualifications in early childhood education.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster positive relationships.
