Industry Marketing Specialist, Healthcare- Americas

As the Industry Marketing Specialist, Healthcare, you will plan, execute, structure, and report on strategic marketing initiatives that promote our financial offerings tailored to healthcare organizations. You will interact with other cross-functional team members and colleagues from several departments, such as sales, program management, and account management to ensure alignment of efforts. The ideal candidate is execution oriented with creative ideation, a self-starter who listens for challenges and creates solutions, is customer experience minded, and delivers quickly. You understand the financial services and healthcare industries, along with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will bring your unique blend of financial acumen, industry knowledge, and creative marketing skills to drive engagement and growth within the healthcare sector.

Day to Day

  • Create, implement, and monitor (report on
  • Sprout Social, Google Analytics and PowerBI) marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead Inclusive of traditional marketing efforts such as print collateral, events, trade shows, sponsorships, etc. and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.
  • Adapt the global and business unit marketing strategy that targets healthcare segments.

  • Business adoption and future management of Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools - create workflows/journeys.

  • Create thought-provoking and educational content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other materials) that highlights our financial expertise in the healthcare sector and position our solutions to healthcare industry challenges.

  • Manage and execute a marketing content calendar and content library.

  • Strategize and coordinate internal (sales meetings, kickoff, team building) and external events (tradeshows, quarterly business reviews, customer meetings and events) through their cycle - pre, post, and during events. This includes ability to travel for events and customer meetings.

  • Translate concepts into clear and compelling messages for healthcare professionals and decision-makers in target markets and segments with a unique selling positioning.

  • Project manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure high-quality and timeliness of all deliverables.

  • Co-develop prospecting and pitch approaches, content, and styles for new asset and market segments with Business Development teams, e.g., lead generation, contact management, etc.

  • Organization and further advancement of content management systems (SharePoint)

  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and financial challenges to inform marketing strategies.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders - internally and externally (customers).

  • Work directly with the country marketing teams to ensure activities are aligned to GBU standards, positioning, etc.

Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and compellingly.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Consider themselves a self-starter and proactive marketer.

Applicable Pay Range

$88,996.19 - $133,494.28

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
