As an Industrial Security Specialist I, this individual will provide oversight of COMSEC activities as the COMSEC Responsible Officer, act as the Trusted Agent for Government Computer Accounts and oversee Visitor Control for the Raytheon Cityline site. The candidate for this position is expected to operate and manage the local COMSEC account. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: handling, receiving, controlling, storing, inventorying, transferring, packaging, shipping, tracking and destroying of material and equipment in accordance with government directives and procedures. The applicant for this position will conduct self-inspections, periodic audits to ensure accuracy of documentation, safe, and equipment and send written reports to the Customer. The individual for this position will investigate security incidents and prepare written reports. On occasions, applicant will need to provide after-hours support to the mission.
The candidate for this position will provide Trusted Agent support to the programs. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating with the Customer and validating program personnel and tokens, receiving and shipping tokens, password resets, password setups, providing temporary passwords to users, conducting user training and sending acknowledgment documentation to the Customer.
The selected applicant for this position will be responsible for couriering activities, receipt and dispatch of all classified documents and media entering or exiting the campus.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for verifying incoming visitor credentials and submitting visit credentials to other government and contractor facilities. In addition, the applicant for this position will handle temporary travel certification for employees supporting contracts at government locations around the world. Candidate will use databases, faxes, and emails, to verify personnel accesses and clearances, and use this information to create an automated access list for the badging office when granting access to local SCIF facilities.
Applicant must also be able to coordinate and support large numbers of visitors attending meetings and/or training sessions. In addition, candidate will conduct annual audits of visitor accesses and update employee credentials at other facilities.
Applicant must have a working knowledge of government regulations and policies regarding the handling of SCI materials and SCI visitor verification. Candidate will provide other administrative duties as required.

Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. Candidate must display a professional demeanor and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral communications.
Must be a US Citizen with an active and current TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in Program Security with additional basic understanding of Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, Information Assurance Security, COMSEC, Data Management, and Security Awareness Training and Education
Knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements; Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and customer security directives
Experience supporting Program Security on SCI programs
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to brief all levels of the workforce
Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environments
Organizational and time-management skills Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks daily, and quickly and effectively reprioritize tasks when required, with robust attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree or 10 years quivalent experience
