Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics business, home of Air Mobility & Maritime Missions aircraft, is looking for an energetic Industrial Security Rep (ISR) within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Marietta, GA.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
The ISR will support the DoD Collateral Program and support value-added security solutions that fortify our nation's emerging technologies.

The Security Representative will provide industrial security support to all collateral programs at the Marietta site encompassing all areas of Security Administration functions to include the handling and protection of classified and controlled unclassified information. In this role, you will:
Develop, administer and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.
Develop and execute security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.
Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs.
Work closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seek security rulings or deviations.
Provide support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
Prepare implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.
Develop and conduct security education plans/programs, classes, materials and events.
Investigate security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Coordinate clearance actions and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings.
Coordinate and provide oversight for required reporting (Adverse information, Foreign Travel, Change in Status, etc.).
Provide International security support (i.e. escort of classified shipments, supporting Resident customers, etc.)
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in industrial security, or a related area.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience with and knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
