The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Industrial Security Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and SCI

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience

  • 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  • 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Colorado Springs, Albuquerque): $103,700 - $140,300

This position may offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
