Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to perform day-to-day security activities for multiple programs located throughout the Northrop Grumman campus in Huntsville, Alabama. Responsibilities:
  • Implements Campus security compliance according to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Army requirements and regulations, Contract Security Classification Guides, and Northrop Grumman Policy and Procedures

  • The job responsibilities for this position are reliant upon basic experience in all aspects of the following Security disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Document Control, Operations Security (OPSEC), Industrial Security, and Communications Security (COMSEC)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have one of the following:

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of industrial security or document control experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of industrial security or document control experience

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of industrial security or document control experience

  • Must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret

  • Must be able to work on-site in Huntsville, Alabama

  • Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance

  • Basic understanding of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other government regulatory and compliance standards

  • Experience handling communications security (COMSEC) materials

  • Experience with Physical Security Hardware

  • Locks, Doors, etc.
  • Basic understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Controls

  • Proficient with JPAS, NCAISS, NCCS, NISS and SIMS

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)

The Home Infusion RN fills an integral role in the clinical operations of the organization, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure infusion therapy can be safely and effectively administered to each home-based patient. * RNs will be asked to provide schedule availability on a regular basis, and expected to work those days indicated as available unless otherwise called off duty * Must be able to work at least 35 hours per week. On-call requirements: 1 - 2 weeknights per month and 1 weekend approximately every 10 weekends. Must be willing to cover all of the Huntsville, Alabama area and the surrounding cities in Northern AL. Must have good IV skills. Must be flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Will see Acute and Chronic patients, needing IV Therapy. Primary Responsibilities: * Travel to provide skilled nursing care for infusion patients in their home or an ambulatory infusion suite * Teach patients and their caregivers to achieve the highest level of independence possible in self-care and monitoring of their infusion therapy * Assess the patients' condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed to facilitate achievement of treatment goals * Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists on the patient plan of care and treatment, communicating status changes and implementing new orders as received * Establish trust and build therapeutically effective relationships with patients and their families You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice and others as requested * 1+ years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting that contributes to proficiency in infusion therapy (such as medical surgical unit, emergency department, intensive care unit, post-anesthesia care unit, or similar setting) * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Willing and able to work independently in home or alternate-site settings * Access to reliable transportation that will enable travel to customer and/or patient sites * You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role * Employees are required to screen for symptoms using Interactive VoiceResponse (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
