Job description We are looking for a Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and or a track record of professional success in the paint industry. This position is high visibility, requiring excellent communication skills, ability to take direction, follow processes and produce consistent results.

Responsibilities: Apply a variety of abrasive blasting techniques for surface preparation. Apply a variety or paints and specialty coatings. Interpret job work orders to perform required work.

Notify Supervisor of any materials and/or equipment required to ensure completion of job tasks. Interact with crew members in a team environment, as well as with Supervisor. Follow all safety rules, keep the work area clean, and comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety Policies.

Comply with quality standards by following all in-house quality processes and procedures and regulations as well as any client-specific procedures. Ensure customer quality assurance standards are met. Perform any other duties as assigned such as special projects.

Competencies: Must have knowledge of equipment and tools required to perform safe entry for blasting. Must perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, smelling, and visual acuity, with color and depth perception. Ability to work in a confined space.

Required to use personal protective equipment as environmental conditions dictate. Education/Experience: High-school diploma or general education degree (GED) would be preferred not required. 5 years of industrial painting experience required Job Type:
