Industrial & Organizational Psychology Intern
WeSolv is looking for an entrepreneurial Industrial Organizational Psychology intern to partner in creating a set of skill and competency standards that we can apply to our technology and Case Challenge process. Our organization prides itself on removing bias from as many parts of the recruiting and hiring process as possible, which is why we are looking to you to help us define what key skills indicate success for a range of roles. We then want you to take it a step further by identifying how we can objectively assess those skills and create templated Cases Challenges. The selected candidate is expected to contribute thought leadership to directly influence and shape the future of the WeSolv product for the better. As a young startup, WeSolv is looking for a visionary able to help set a strong foundation on which we can build on over time. This work is going to be a key structural piece of our business and will set the stage for real impact.
While we dont expect you to know it all, we expect you to be able to take the initiative and lead on understanding the business problem we are solving and the users and customers we serve. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to partner with a leading IO Psychologist who will oversee and mentor them throughout the project.
