Our Engineered Lumber Products (ELP) manufacturing facility in Zwolle, Louisiana has the opportunity for Industrial Millwrights with a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, processes and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment to join our team.
Machinery lubrication & other preventative maintenance assignments
Repairing & troubleshooting mechanical power transmissions
Bearing installment, coupling, belts, sprockets and chain drive installations
Repair and troubleshooting of Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Metal fabrication and basic principles of cylinder repair
Some troubleshooting and exposure to industrial electricity issues
Provide assistance as needed to other team members, such as electricians, to ensure assigned tasks are safely
All Applicants must have a high school education or GED
Stable employment history with a minimum of three (3) years experience in Industrial maintenance work OR equivalent education to include vocational/technical school certificate
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, to include weekends and holidays as operating conditions require
A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations
Knowledge of Machinery lubrication
Ability to repair and troubleshoot mechanical power transmissions
Knowledge of bearing installment, coupling, belts, sprockets and chain drive installations
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and principles of cylinder repair
Working knowledge of basic industrial electricity issues
Commitment to follow all unit mechanical / maintenance practices
Ability to pass a pre-employment examination
Ability to work in extreme heat/cold, navigate catwalks and ladders and perform other functions required in a manufacturing environment

Vocational or technical school certificate in related area
Past employment experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP, Maximo or other CMMS
Knowledge of fire protection systems
