You have completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related technical role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As an Industrial Millwright & Pipefitter Supervisor in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Maintenance Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Supervise day to day activities of a 24/7 shop consisting of approximately 22 Millwright and Pipefitter craftsmen.

• Lead daily meetings in the shops.

• Dispatch assignments to site Millwrights and Pipefitters based on plant production needs.

• Disposition safety concerns, finding solution to technical problems, and communicate resolutions.

• Ensure direct report training is up to date. Lead direct reports to ensure company values and culture are maintained.

• Communicate with site management and employees to ensure priorities.

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $104,000 - $141,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
