Competence in diagnosing and repairing automated production machines, conveyors, and sensors. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistent attendance.

Perform minor electrical maintenance using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Troubleshoot equipment failure and adjust, repair or replace the correct part using power or hand tools as appropriate. Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacements or repair of leaks in drains and faucet unclogging) Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical problems.

Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices and space (e.g. Furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks. Prepare surfaces and paint various structures and equipment (e.g.

Walls, Refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools.
