The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing job shop environment. This position will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment, components, and systems including, but not limited to, CNC machines, welding and fabrication equipment, cranes, and forklifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on facilities and plant equipment
• Complete daily assignments for plant and equipment PM’s
• Install and maintain overhead cranes, industrial machine tools, fork lifts, and facilities
• Assist in complex machine set ups

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining and installing machines, equipment and facility upgrades
• Knowledge of industrial hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blue prints, engineering, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Experience executing preventative maintenance schedules
• Experience working with overhead DC crane operation and maintenance
• Knowledge and experience working with 480 volt power
• Tow Motor, Forklift & Overhead Crane
