Accent Wire Tie is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic on 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)for its fast-paced manufacturing facility in Rural Hall, NC. The maintenance mechanic will provide mechanical support to the production team while being responsible for the diagnosis and repair of all equipment, machinery, and furnaces necessary to keep the mill operating efficiently and minimizing the equipment downtime. Candidate also must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies and practices at all times.Key Responsibilities:

Candidate also must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies and practices at all times.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of production machinery, equipment controls and furnaces.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment via inspecting, adjusting feeds and machine speeds, speed power input and output, cleaning and lubricating equipment and water temperatures for cooling machinery.
- Perform duties with considerable care to efficiently and effectively dismantle, repair, lubricate, reassemble equipment and tear down, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components and accessories.
- Observe and understand how the equipment operates so you can detect or verify any malfunction.
- Be able to read and interpret prints, diagrams, specifications and manufacturer manuals and drawings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to install and setup Siemens Drives, Emerson and Control Tech.
- Proficient with Step 7 and Portal software.
- Ability to work in an environment with extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
- A self-starter who requires little to no supervision.
- Work with a sense of urgency.
