We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Apprentice to join our team in Mills River, North Carolina.

What you will do

• 3-year program apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance. Initial multi-skilled training approach before developing in a specific discipline.

• Installation

• Maintenance

• Automation including Siemens S7 PLC`s

• Industrial networks, such as Profibus, Profinet

• Variable speed drives such as Siemens and ABB

• Pneumatics

• Hydraulics

• Lean manufacturing

• Root cause analysis

• Process

• Leadership

• Clear development plan and multiple progression paths (including higher education).

Working schedule: The work schedule includes one day of school per week and three ten-hour work days in the maintenance shops. By the end of the training, you will be ready for 12-hours rotating swing shifts.

• You have a solid academic ability in Math, English and Science.

• You have the aptitude and ability to learn and develop towards higher education.

• You have a passion for practical, hands-on problem solving and engineering.

• You have a desire to demonstrate an Aiming Higher mindset.
