Your Role and Impact

As an EHS Consultant - Industrial Hygiene, you will:

• Blend technical EHS consulting with strategic business development to enhance our client relationships and grow our market presence.

• Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards.

• Conduct thorough investigations, audits, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

• Mentor and potentially manage a team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.

• Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 20% travel (mostly regional).

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS and EHS, with 5-7 years of consulting experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or an EHS-related field.

• Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.

• Excels in a multidisciplinary team, offering expertise in industrial hygiene and safety regulations, and risk management.

• Is eager to take on new challenges, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for business development and managing a book of business.

• Industry experience within a few or more of the following: oil and gas, other energy, chemical manufacturing, government, high tech and electronics, semiconductor, biotech, and pharmaceutical.

• Certified Industrial Hygienist is highly preferred

The salary for this position can range from $95,200 to $130,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
