Electrical Foremen are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the jobsite. Electrical Foremen have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence.   • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)


  • Demonstrates ability to run projects (2-10 electricians) effectively.

  • Consistently enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures (weekly toolbox talks, weekly safety audits, appropriate documentation, etc.).

  • Consistently completes projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.

  • Has a history of managing multiple projects effectively.

  • Demonstrates ability to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, time cards, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Maintains compliance with company policies; consults with HR and/or project management to ensure consistent corrective measures are taken and documentation completed.

  • Effectively manages resources (tools, equipment, staffing).

  • Establish expectations and motivates crews to consistently meet or beat goals.

  • Demonstrates ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively and develop as built documentation.

  • Demonstrates excellent customer relations through utilization of effective problem-solving techniques.

  • Forecasts job costs accurately (i.e., labor, material, rental equipment, etc.).

What You Will Do Ascension Employer Solutions Industrial Rehabilitation staff specialize in injury prevention and treatment of work and non-work related injury. The focus of safely returning the employee to work starts at the moment we begin treatment. Join our team of physical therapists, athletic trainers and occupational therapists and travel to client locations and help workers recover from their injuries, and also teach them new techniques that can help workers stay safe on the job. Work Schedule an additional information: We are looking for this position to be both in our Occ Health clinic and at on-sites. It will most likely be 4 hour days but we are flexible depending on the candidate. Generally a day job Monday through Friday first shift. Could require some flexibility with hours to cover early or later shifts at a job sites. Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently to job sites and between our Ascension Occupational Health Clinics Industrial Rehab experience preferred and 2 years of out patient orthopedic experience. Job is non traditional and will include Occupational Health clinic out patient rehab evaluating and treating injured workers. Assist with return to work plans and complete functional job site assessments in both business and manufacturing settings. Complete ergonomic assessments, pre-placement assessments and develop prevention programming to decrease work related injuries. Will also have the opportunity to work at on-site health and wellness clinics embedded in companies. This will include evaluation and treatment, prevention services and job coaching in work areas. Must be flexible and willing to travel on a frequent basis. Will work with a team consisting of providers, RN's, health coaches, registered dietitians, occupational and physical therapists. Opportunity for self motivated and driven individual to develop business. Must be comfortable being autonomous and self directed learner. Public speaking a must. What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * Required Credential(s): * BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. * Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
