Coe Equipment, Inc., a small family-owned industrial equipment company in its 35th year, seeks long-term, responsible, dedicated, and motivated individuals to fill an Industrial Truck and Equipment Mechanic Position position. Qualified applicants are self-motivated with a critical eye and a penchant for process improvement and accuracy in their work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong self-organization and computer proficiency is a must. Job may include time outside in the elements, and an ideal candidate would be open to expansion of this role to include other facets of the business. Opportunity for growth and movement exists.

Job Description: Service client sewer cleaning and vacuum equipment and other machinery to ensure proper working condition and safety in operation

Basic Job Requirements:
· Previous experience in hydraulic system maintenance, auto, and/or diesel maintenance and repair (5+ years preferred)
· Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills - willingness to dig in and figure out a problem
· Experience with electronic systems, wire chasing, electronics installation, etc.
· Fabrication experience for repair parts using shop and equipment
· Self-starter that can identify work to do and stay busy
· Neat worker – keeps own area and communal shop areas tidy and organized
· Mindful of safety, wearing appropriate PPE and following designated rules & procedures
· Ability/Willingness to work in the elements when necessary
· Team player – works well with others. No one here gets to say “That’s not my job”

· CDL Required- Class B with Air Brakes and Tanker Endorsements (Will provide assistance to get license)
