Our semiconductor client is looking to add an Industrial Engineer to their team As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing operations by analyzing fab constraints, driving improvements, and maintaining inventory balance to support customer needs and company profitability. Optimizingoperations based on product mix, tool capacity, revenue and profitability Modeling theoretical tool capacity, including expected availability, utilization, and tool efficiency Establishing key business intelligence (BI) / Key performance indicator (KPI) DrivingWIP position and production line balance based on planning needs, tool availability, and engineering requirements Quality and cotinuous improvement initiatives Working with process, equipment, and manufacturing groups to drive continuous improvements What you bring to the table: Bachelor / Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry Experience with Workstream is a plus Experience with Postgres and VBA is a plus ABOUT US: TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
