Position Description:

• Plant Industrial Engineering Position.

• Conduct workstation analysis for loading, productivity, and ergonomics.

• Work with Production Teams to understand constraints and develop plans to remedy.

• Manage off-standard labor.

• Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.

• Understanding of manpower planning and Required to Operate (RTO).

Skills Required:

• Organized

• Highly Motivated

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Computer Skills

Experience Required:

• Professional Industrial Engineering who can work on production floor

Education Required:

• BS Preferred
