We are recruiting for a High Energy person to put plans and systems and methods together. Job Description: The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing assembly, quality control, inventory management, and fulfillment systems with a focus on maximizing efficiency, minimizing waste, and improving overall productivity to streamline operations and reduce costs.

These activities will also include; transitioning new products from engineering to manufacturing. Lean manufacturing principles will be applied to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Process analysis and improvement:

Studying existing production and fulfillment processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Production layout and design: Planning the layout of the manufacturing/fulfillment facility to optimize workflow and minimize material movement Work Cell layout, setup, and design: Planning and implementing high performance work cells by utilizing, jigs, fixtures, and equipment to improve manufacturing and fulfillment efficiencies by more than 50% Implement Lean manufacturing:

Design, implement and achieve a high-performance manufacturing and fulfillment operation Equipment, Jigs, and Fixtures: Recommend and support the design and implementation of equipment, jigs, and fixtures to enhance productivity and quality in manufacturing Work measurement and time studies: Analyzing the time required to complete tasks to identify potential optimization Quality control:

Implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards Cost reduction: Identifying and implementing strategies to minimize production and fulfillment costs Supply chain management support: Optimizing the flow of materials and packaging costs from suppliers to the manufacturing/fulfillment facility Ergonomics and safety analysis:

Designing workstations, work cells, and processes to promote safety and comfort Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and interpreting data to inform decision-making Enterprise collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering and New Product Development teams, internal and external Supply Chain partners to assure all products are produced on-time with a high level of quality Training Programs:

Prepare shop floor training programs to development individual and team skills and competencies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and/or Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience applying Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering practices in a manufacturing assembly and product fulfillment environment Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Prefer Lean Manufacturing certification and at least a Six Sigma Green Belt certification Proficient in data analysis and the development of operations performance metrics and reports Ability to work in a productive, cooperative manner with other company employees Strong attention to detail to produce high quality sub-assemblies and finished products Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Ability to multitask in a moderate paced environment Must have a “Can-Do” attitude of no job too big, no job too small that includes a small team willingness to do the work yourself as required Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be able to travel to suppliers and engineering service companies as needed Excellent Benefit Program
