Shift Requirements 1st Shift About The Opportunity

Position Summary

Plans and oversees layout of equipment, office, and production facilities. Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization. Ensures facility efficiency and workplace safety.

Essential to this Position

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement new technologies, methods, and processes that improve ORBIS RPM operations.

  • Perform appropriate analytics, (i.e. time studies, process flow, etc.)

  • Run simulation and produce floor layout drawings specifying material handling and storage equipment, and related personnel requirements

  • Lead related projects

Essentials for Success:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering

  • A minimum of five years of experience in warehouse design and implementation

  • Previous experience with analytical tools; (i.e. run and flow charts, Pareto and cause effect diagrams, etc.)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office,AutoCAD, and Simulation software; Siemens PLM Plant SIM software preferred.

  • Experienceapplying contemporary continuous improvement methods within an ISO certified manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication, leadership and project management skill

  • Ability to travel regularly to ORBIS RPM domestic locations

  • Knowledge and associated ability to apply technical, scientific and mathematical knowledge to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention

  • Knowledge of technologies and applications used in manufacturing products and in the optimization of manufacturing processes

A strong candidate will have experience in structuring and analyzing C&I loans across a spectrum of industries. First Citizens Bank Commercial Underwriters provide expertise in underwriting, structuring, and servicing new and renewal credits for a diverse portfolio, encompassing multiple markets. The CU II will be responsible for identifying, gathering and analyzing relevant information to assess credit risk, establish viability of sources of repayment and determine appropriate loan structures. Additionally, the CU II will be responsible for researching and assessing market and industry trends that are vital to assessing market and lending risk. It will be crucial to partner with relationship managers and customers to structure and underwrite new loan requests. This associate will collaborate with bankers in preparing credit approval memos with recommendations consistent with bank policy that illustrate well-reasoned analysis. The CU II will perform servicing reviews and support management of the assigned portfolio to identify and minimize risk to the Bank. Also, this associate will provide quality customer service, including participation in joint calls on customers, as needed and assist in special projects as assigned. Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree with 6 years commercial lending or credit analysis experience. * Or- High school diploma or GED with 10 years commercial lending or credit analysis experience.
