The Industrial Engineering Internship is designed to provide hands-on work experience and opportunity to learn manufacturing techniques in a production environment. The internship will support activities related to the production of Stanley LaBounty attachments, with a focus on routing accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct time studies for part routing verification and accuracy. Implement approved time changes in MRP system.
Develop and document graphical work instructions for Assembly, Welding and Machine processes.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Desire to work in a production plant environment with both salaried and hourly associates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Results-orientation, with the ability to drive projects to completion, multi-task and prioritize assignments.
