The GTLS Servicing Strategy and Execution team is responsible for designing the Premium Card Member Servicing Experience and deepening engagement with our Card Members by setting the service delivery strategy and standards across all GTLS Markets. You will report into one of the GTLS Servicing Strategy. Managers and will support the evolving Premium Card Member Servicing Strategy for Travel & Lifestyle Services. You will be a key player in driving enterprise goals through the lens of Customers, Shareholders and Colleagues. You will collaborate with multiple internal groups to support optimization, strategy, and execution and ultimately drive and deliver on the GTLS Servicing Vision.

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Industrial Engineer to join the GTLS Servicing Strategy and Execution team. We are seeking someone with intellectual curiosity, a proactive nature, attention to detail, comfortable with data and strong work ethic. This includes but not limited to:

  • Provide complex analytical support to project-based work.
  • Extend project support on all efforts that impact GTLS Servicing changes.
  • Translate Business/Stakeholder requirements into scope as needed.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Lead and coordinate testing and output verification, where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with stakeholders/colleagues across different geographies and organizational levels.
  • Conduct basic quantitative analysis and turn data into valuable actionable insights and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Data Science or other related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge.
  • Have a passion for structured and ad-hoc analytics, strategy, process design and improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to support large, complex initiatives involving multiple business groups and stakeholders
  • Resilient and flexible, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Creative, with ability to combine best practices with new ideas to create compelling experiences for customers to deepen their engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Project Management software.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
