Michelin is seeking an Industrial Engineer who will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations, working towards flawless processes and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Using your exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical approach, you will identify areas for optimization, develop efficient production methods, and streamline workflows. Your successful project implementations will enhance productivity and reduce waste, demonstrating your commitment to upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Determine optimal production methods and develop efficient workflows

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with teams from different departments to implement process optimization projects

• Conduct time studies and establish production standards

• Design and implement ergonomic workstations to improve employee safety and comfort

• Use statistical analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

• Develop and maintain effective operating procedures and work instructions

• Train manufacturing personnel on new processes and technologies

• Monitor and evaluate production performance to ensure targets are met

• Continuously strive to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and tools

• Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong teamwork skills in a diverse team setting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
