Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for analyzing problems using engineering, business (financial), logistics and human resources related principles while developing solutions to such problems. Develop new approaches and techniques to labor management in order to improve productivity and accuracy within the distribution network.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Continuous Improvement Engineering, Logistics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
Advanced degree in Continuous Improvement Engineering preferred.
2-3+ years' experience required
Lean Six Sigma certification (Min. Green Belt)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Auto CAD, MS office
Labor Management Experience preferred.
Time Studies
Blue Yonder
Macro or VBA experience and SQL a plus
Ability to develop ROI for capital projects.
Experience using MOST or other pre-determined T.S. a plus.
Travel expectations up to 10%
Proven leadership skills including the ability to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate, and empower others

Ability to exercise high ethical standards
