Industrial Electrician- Relocation Assistance

Job Description Job Description Job Description: Our client is seeking a qualified individual to fill the direct-hire role of& Industrial Electrician . This position is based in northern New York State and the candidate would need to relocate to work 5–10-hour shifts with 2 days off per week.

Close to major urban centers – Syracuse, Burlington (VT), Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa. Good standard of living – Affordable housing and a safe, family-friendly small-town environment. Responsibilities: Run cable/wire/communication.

Mount J-boxes, control boxes, and switch boxes – mechanical installation. Read and follow prints. Test/troubleshoot circuits, motors, fans, controller, VFDs, transformers.

Complete all terminations and splicing, incl. high-voltage splices. Capacity to develop knowledge of hoisting/crushing operations – troubleshoot same. Qualifications:& Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial electrical experience.

Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform his/her duties safely and efficiently. Must be able to perform the work without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others due to the safety sensitivity of tasks. Willing to relocate to the area to work 5-10-hour days on, 2 off work week.
