Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join our Industrial Automation - Sales Development Program. We are looking for December 2024 and May 2025 graduates highly interested in a sales focus program that accelerates learning through experiences, exposure & education.

What do you get to do in this position?

This sales focus program accelerates learning through experiences, exposure & education. Career development is at the heart of this program and participants will have countless opportunities for networking and coaching via direct leadership.

This 18-24-month program will include travel to various Schneider Electric locations throughout the United States. You will gain an in-depth understanding of Schneider Electric products and services that propel our industry customers to become more digital through automation.

Upon program completion, you will advance into a Sales Engineer position.

  • You will learn a consultative selling approach.

  • You will gain extensive knowledge of our industrial products, services and delivery and business processes.

  • You will get to learn hands on with our industrial automation products, visit our key sites and customers.

This job might be for you if:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizations skills needed

  • Interest in Automation, Automation Software, or Industrial Control

  • Degree or certification in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related majors

  • Technical Aptitude and commitment to learn about our solutions and customers

  • Internship or relevant work experience preferred

  • You are open to travel up to 70% of the time for the first 6 months of training.

  • You live near or in the following areas: Chicago, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, Foxboro, St Louis, Lake Forrest, Baton Rouge, Atlanta. Relocation is not offered.
