The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Athlete Program Manager (Senior-Level) in Renton, WA.

The Industrial Athlete Program Manager is responsible for the operation of services in Renton, Seattle and Tukwila, WA.

Programs are focused primarily on the production worker and include Job Conditioning, Symptom Intervention, and Physical Therapy delivered by Exercise Physiologists, Athletic Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Physical Therapy professionals. This position requires regular travel among Puget Sound (WA) sites as well as occasional travel to other U.S. sites to support program initiatives.


  • Oversee program delivery at Central Puget Sound sites.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing operations to develop program strategy

  • Work with internal staff, contractors and suppliers to deliver defined services.

  • Maintain contact with key site stakeholders and provide program updates as required.

  • Analyze program data to evaluate performance, develop effective reports, and adjust program course as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with allied services (e.g. Medical Clinics, Safety, Human Resources).

  • Meet customer requirements and program goals while continuously improving processes.

  • Travel for work 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Expertise in presenting program needs, progress, and outcomes to customers and leadership groups.

  • Skill in working with multiple areas of professional expertise (e.g. Athletic Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists) to align resources with customer needs.

  • Experience with program data analytics and reporting

  • Experience and ability to create relationships across disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Advanced degree in a health related discipline

  • 3 or more years' Management experience in delivering health programs in an employer setting.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Typical Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is located in Renton, WA and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

We are seeking a Community Technologies Operations Program Specialist Senior to help lead and support significant Operations functions: contracting, change request forms, client billing, purchase orders, third party vendor billing and other operational functions as needed to support the Community Technologies program at Providence St. Joseph Health. This position acts as a conduit between the program, participating sites, vendors, and Providence teams to ensure contracts and applications meet the needs of the program and leverage standard Providence processes where appropriate. The position will support activities and initiatives to assure the program thrives and flourishes. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: * Key contact working alongside third party vendors on invoice, purchase order needs. * Support the development of third party vendor contracts and agreements. * Develops moderate to complex change request forms. * Maintains all change request tracking tools, including the data entry in the Technology Operations Tracker (TOM) tool. * In alignment with policies and procedures, support all billing functions the Community Technologies program. This includes invoices, credits and checks for client billing. * Package data for monthly aging process. * Support the purchase order function for the program, including the development of moderate to complex purchase orders. * Maintain a tracking tool for purchase orders. * Utilization of ImageNow to code invoices for proper routing and approvals. * Communicate with vendor(s) regarding status of payments. * Responsible for data integrity in TOM. * Utilization of Tableau to pull operational reports, such as aging invoice accounts. Required qualifications for this position include: * 3 years Experience with Operations Contracting. * Proven ability to think strategically, ensuring that both creative and critical thinking are incorporated into strategy making. Strong working knowledge of and ability to apply principles of strategic planning. * Strong business instincts with the ability to understand, define and establish business requirements, identify customer value metrics and align project initiatives with business priorities. * Demonstrated ability to establish a consulting relationship with internal and external customers and maintain their trust and support. * Demonstrated ability to apply business analysis tools and plan and manage costs in response to changing budgets. * Proven ability to understand complex customer business needs that support and impact organizational objectives, mission, and core values. * Demonstrated ability in developing and facilitating communication plans and messages. * Ability to communicate positively, effectively, and professionally both verbally and in writing. * Has responsive, positive, "can do" approach to initiatives, problems and solutions. * Excellent organizational skills -- able to prioritize work and manage time and multiple projects simultaneously. * Able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Good problem solving, facilitation and negotiation skills. * Experienced at staying calm, confident and objective under the stress of deadlines and obstacles. * Expertise in prioritizing work on multiple, complex project simultaneously while managing time and others. * Strong team orientation with the ability to be flexible with time and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and drive to alignment across multiple teams.
