Overview

Crocs, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to join the Indirect Procurement team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing the indirect procurement process and supporting corporate travel (as needed) to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in procurement and/or finance, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in procurement strategies to acquire goods and services at the best possible cost, timing and quality, while analyzing the data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.

  • Assist in negotiating contracts, payment terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal agreements.

  • Assist in managing supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Responsible for completing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and managing related paperwork to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

  • Responsible for facilitating legal review of agreements through contracts tracking tool.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the supply market, supplier capabilities, supply and demand balance and industry innovations to support the business's long-term strategic goals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while implementing procurement activities.

  • Serve as a resource for routine questions and issues relating to buying for partners

  • Process requests for new T&E card issuance, card limit changes, and card terminations promptly and correctly.

  • Maintain and update employee profiles in the Concur system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Concur expense reporting.

  • Manage requests for reactivating suspended or deactivated T&E cards.

  • Address and resolve T&E help tickets and inquiries from employees related to T&E card usage, Concur system navigation, and expense reporting.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other logistics for employees and executives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers.

  • Ensure travel plans are cost-effective, convenient, and follow company travel policies.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, finance, procurement or related field

  • 3 years preferred experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management

  • Professional certification such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Mgmt. Professional (CSCMP) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA) is a plus

  • Experience with travel systems (travel management company, Concur Online Booking Tool), travel contracts and travel service providers (airline, car rental, hotels, rideshare, lodging rental)

  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal partners and suppliers while presenting information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans.

  • Committed to achieving goals and with a drive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to extract key themes, determine root cause(s), implement corrective action(s) as needed and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Management ERP software a plus

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
