An ambitious forward thinking Swiss Medical Company focusing on Dermatology, Gynecology and Oncology supportive care have exciting opportunities for 1099 Sales Representatives in Aesthetic Dermatology and Plastic Surgery for multiple locations throughout the US.

They currently have 6 products on the market but have a further 4 more products in development which will be released in the next 1-2 years and will further add to an already strong portfolio.

Stratpharma moved into the US market over 3 years ago and have a US subsidiary in San Diego. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor and gain a role with high commission potential.

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area.

These individuals will sell breakthrough wound care and scar management devices that launched into the U.S. market 2 years ago. The products are considered a medical device and are topical products, with no competition in the wound care category.

  • Current aesthetic sales experience - relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
  • Call points are dermatologists, plastic surgeons.
  • Achieving and exceeding their individual territory business and revenue goals.
  • Providing education and training to account staff including physicians and practice staff.
  • Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and bench mark information.
  • Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
  • Effectively and judiciously deploy the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact.
  • Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers.

Sales Acumen

  • Execute Sales Process effectively.
  • Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.

Organization/Time Management

  • Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve territory account coverage.
  • Submit all administrative reports in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.

Customer Relations

  • Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of selling skills and sales process.
  • Uncover the customers needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.
  • Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics community.
  • Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.

Person must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and be able to work independently. Must have documented sales success. Candidate must possess a four year college degree.

Responsibilities The SFBS sales consultant position is vital to delivering customer service and driving sales results by selling and promoting Ideal Image services. We are looking for top sales performers with a proven track record of consultative sales success. The preferred candidate is confident with a high level of integrity coupled with a customer-centric attitude. In this role the SFBS is responsible for consultations and generating enthusiasm for our procedures (Laser Hair Removal, Botox Fillers, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, Broadband Light Therapy, Ultherapy and Skin Lab.) The Skin Face and Body Specialist (SFBS) will consult with clients to sell the value of services offered by Ideal Image clinics. Our expert marketing and inside sales teams provide warm leads to each SFBS generated through various channels. In addition to new patient sales, this role requires follow-up with previous potential clients/patients who have not purchased services in the past. The successful SFBS is able to renew potential client interest by promoting services offered by Ideal Image. Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Initiate sales process by conducting and scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe Ideal Image's treatments and services with an expert knowledge base. * Close sales by building strong rapport with potential patient; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; discuss and prepare financing documents * Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current Ideal Image patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment. * Using, maintain detailed records of completed transactions and patients. * Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed an interest in Ideal Image to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling a treatment. * Drive clinic sales to achieve monthly targets based on company metrics by cross promotion of new services/treatments. * Maintain relationships with all current and previous clients and build strong client rapport. * Demonstrate ethical sales practices and adhere to all company protocols, policies and procedures. * Work collaboratively with medical teams to ensure premier client experience. * Provide value and educate patients regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes, including all documentation and financing/payment options available. * Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure. * Maintain and develop a patient pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation. Qualifications Experience/Qualifications: * Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills (5+ years B2C selling experience required) * Proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment * Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills * Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach * Experience using a contact tracking system, preferred Education/Training: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
