Exciting opportunity for an Income Maintenance (IM) Subject Matter Expert to work directly with one of our state government clients to develop, deliver, and maintain the training curriculum for new and experienced IM workers. Additionally, the IM Trainer will staff the Training Call Center to provide phone and email support for IM workers.

Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst in the Human Capital group you will:

  • Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs

  • Create and/or support project deliverables

  • Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain efficient and effective IM training programs for IM eligibility staff and deliver the content in-person or online.

  • Recommend strategies for marketing training programs to statewide consortia and IM agencies.

  • Coordinate and maintain training schedule.

  • Develop and deliver competency-based training modules.

  • Provide technical assistance for online training and eligibility policy and systems.

  • Assist in answering questions and checking case scenarios for new IM workers via phone and email.

  • Develop and maintain new work training scenarios, document files, and video files.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of work experience in eligibility and enrollment for Income Maintenance / public assistance programs, such as: Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, FoodShare/SNAP, and SSI Caretaker Supplement.

  • Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully

  • Experience with Overpayments and/or Long Term Care.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Connect or Skype for Business, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and SnagIt.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Associate's Degree

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering presentations/trainings to large groups in-person or online.

  • One or more years of training experience.

  • Ability to work independently, under general guidance

  • Professional oral and written communication skill

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
