We are now looking for a creative, data-centric Marketing Manager to drive activities that will drive recruitment and nurture AI startups around the world. What you'll be doing:
Defining campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies, and identify the optimum marketing mix of deliverables, events and media
Leading content strategy, content development, digital strategy, and event strategy as part of global editorial calendar
Building unusual, creative and engaging marketing assets including infographics, SlideShares, social posts, landing pages, podcasts, animated gifs, product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed
In addition to recruitment, you'll be conceiving and subsequently driving the execution of campaign activities aimed at creating an engaged community of developers across key industry vertical markets
Accurately measuring the results of a marketing campaign is of critical importance. You will be actively monitoring performance via real-time listening and analytics dashboards, enabling you to respond, plan, and ensure continued optimization of marketing channels.
Actively communicating and reporting-up (and out) on results and your detailed analysis
Owning full campaign project management and program execution including timelines, return on investment/results, as well as proposed changes and improvements
For live events in your market, you will lead the event strategy, as well as handle execution of the event before, during and after -- winning share of voice every time!
What we need to see:
5+ years experience in leading integrated content campaigns for a high-tech company
Previous experience and strong technical understanding of computing and emerging AI technologies
Direct experience engaging with a highly technical audience
Confirmed results with digital marketing, analytics and data-driven decision-making
Excellent command of written and spoken English and are able to write and edit both creative and short-form content
Experience in driving projects within a cross-functional environment, spanning multiple groups within a complex organization
Be prepared to provide samples of your work demonstrating public facing technical content, forum contributions, etc.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience marketing to developer audiences, including those at AI startups
Specific experience in marketing GPU-related platforms, technologies or SDKs
Elite knowledge of marketing campaign standard methodologies, real-time content marketing, digital and social marketing
Ability to continually innovate, think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts in real-time
Natural inclination to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities
You have previously developed a highly-engaged community of customers and driven sustained engagement
You exhibit a can-do attitude and a growth-mindset
