Purpose of Position
The Incentive Program Specialist, plays a crucial role in supporting, designing, implementing, and analyzing incentive programs aimed at enhancing department and employee performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction across the Flight Center This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation structures, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
