Inbound Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Inbound Supervisor to oversee and lead our inbound operations team The Inbound Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 15 inbound associates ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Shift Monday Friday 1st shift; occasional weekends Salary 70 75k DOE Responsibilities 1 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the inbound team 2 Monitor inbound performance metrics and ensure targets are met 3 Provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement 4 Develop and implement strategies to optimize inbound processes and enhance efficiency 5 Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any inbound related issues 6 Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the team 7 Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend training programs as needed 8 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications 1 Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting 2 Proven experience in a supervisory role within an inbound or logistics environment 3 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team 4 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5 Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software 6 Solid understanding of inbound logistics processes and best practices Preferred Qualifications 1 Certification in supply chain management or logistics 2 Experience working in a cross functional team environment 3 Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting If you are a dedicated leader with a passion for optimizing processes and driving team success we encourage you to apply for the Inbound Supervisor position
