HubSpot seeks an Inbound Success Coach to cover our West Coast hours. The mission of the Inbound Success Coach team is to provide prospects the most immediate and high quality first interaction with HubSpot in order to drive great customers. In this role, you will be the true embodiment of Inbound! On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries

  • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot's sales process via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices

  • Set up high quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments.

  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within HubSpot to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers/users alike

Reporting directly to the Senior Development Director, the Development Director at ALS TDI is a senior fundraising position working to identifying potential prospects and cultivating solicitation strategies and in closing asks with donors including individuals and corporations by building networks via events, generating awareness of ALS TDI; outreach including attending and speaking at events as well as personally cultivates relationships with patients, prospects and donors. This position will be responsible for generating and managing a portfolio of at least two million to five million dollars per year. This position will be located in our Cambridge office but will have extensive travel to the west coast including CA, TX and Washington State. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree required * Minimum 2-3 years of experience for the Manager and 6-8 years for the Director in fundraising and business development * Successful track recording in fundraising with major donors or scientific sales preferred * Demonstrated ability to work independently and make progress on several prospects/projects at the same time. * Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills * Strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships * Ability to travel at least 25% of the month * Excellent computer skills including use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and prospect management software operating off a PC-based system including Salesforce.
