Handle inbound receipts and inventory records for the Erlanger facility.
Follow GMP in compliance with all food safety requirements.
Organize and assign drivers for unloading of daily shipments.
Verifies and receives all RMA's (return authorizations).
Processes and maintains files for all inbound paperwork.
Receives purchase orders and transfer orders.
Maintains and assigns inventory locations for finished goods.
Facilitates inventory consolidation.
Electronically transfers product from various locations within the facility.
Bills out transfer orders.
Serves as a back-up for the Outbound clerk(s).
Prioritizes unloading, staging and put away of inbound finished goods.
Ensures inbound transfer order accuracy by physically verifying counts.
Supports Inventory Control through inventory counts and receipt verification.
Facilitates movement of trailers in and out of dock doors.
Distributes inbound reports.
Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures.
Follow all PPE policies, wearing steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc. as required.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years clerical experience in traffic or shipping is also needed.
Must have basic reading, math and communication skills.
Ability to use computer is also needed.
