As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be a key piece of BendBroadband's overall consumer plan. Your focus is to delight customers, grow revenue and meet individual and company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service
You would be the point of contact for customers who have questions regarding their accounts. As an Inbound Sales Representative, your job is to know all of the features and benefits of our products and services we offer. You will also keep up to date with all pricing and promotions as well as the systems and tools we use to support our customers.
6+ months' experience in a sales role and 2+ years' experience using a PC with various software packages
Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers' needs.
Current or prior military service with honorable discharge

Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured, contact center environment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening).
Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues).
