POSITION OVERVIEW

INBOUND LEAD VERIFICATION AGENT

Join our team and play an important role! As an Inbound Lead Verification Agent, you will assist our sales team progressing our leads through the sales process. This means you will handle inbound leads between 3-10 programs. You will learn latest customer service and selling methodology as you work your way up in our company. Must be willing to work hard, have excellent communication, and be highly reliable.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES AN INBOUND LEAD VERIFICATION AGENT DO HERE?

Work you way up our organization and build your skill sets. Understand your customers, generating interest in our partners products and moving customers through the sales process. Answer inbound calls between several different programs using exceptional customer service. Self-improvement is incredibly important here, every interaction is an opportunity to get better.

Our Inbound Lead Verification Agents are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Identify customer needs, generate interest.

  • Answer inbound calls between 3-10 programs.

  • Learn the client's products, services, and customers.

  • Utilize account management software and tech.

  • Record interactions and label correct interest level.

  • Improve your ability with every interaction.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.

Other Inbound Lead Verification Agent Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and College Graduates are welcome

  • Ability to learn contact center applications

  • Positive can-do attitude

  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly reliable

  • Minimum 18 years of age

Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

Respond to inquiries and explains product features and Auto Club Group service advantages to potential customers for the purpose of promoting and selling various membership and insurance products.
