The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

Responsibilities

The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Call Center or 2+ years of Customer Service Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English & Spanish - must be able to read, write, and speak in both languages without hesitation or assistance

  • Prior health care experience

The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Responsibilities This is an office based position, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm est. After 6 months you can become eligible to work at home based on proficiency. The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating providers. Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion. Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience in an inbound call center: taking calls from a queue * Strong customer service orientation * Strong attention to detail * Strong typing and computer navigation skills * Excellent computer skills and ability to easily navigate multiple applications * Effective verbal and listening communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree * Healthcare experience Additional Information As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using a technology called Montage Voice which allows us to quickly connect and gain valuable information from you about your relevant experience.
