The In Room Dining and Events/Programming Set Up Attendant is responsible for delivery of orders to guest rooms, preparing orders for delivery, and setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position.

  • This position requires open availability - must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Customer service and food handling experience preferred.

  • Related experience working in Hotels, Convention Centers, Warehouses, etc. is preferred

  • Good communication and comprehension skills

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Set-up and teardown of the meeting and event rooms as outlined by the Event Order.

  • Maintain venue including vacuuming floors, cleaning walls, windows and mirrors.

  • Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floor, etc.

  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight on a consistent basis, up to 100 pounds.

  • Must be able to bend, stoop and climb.

  • Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to operate a golf cart.
