If you are skilled with Halm Jets, Cutters, Folders, Inserters or other Mailing related equipment, we would like to get to know you better. Become part of a team building a cutting edge print center to provide mailing and printing support to the ministry.

A qualified Candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in one or more of the following equipment: Halm Jet Press, MBO Folders, 45+" Cutters, Flowmaster inserters and other Print related equipment. Candidates with Multiple equipment knowledge and ability strongly encouraged to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain quality and production standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. Thorough working knowledge inclusive of Make-ready, Run, along with basic maintenance requirements on all specified equipment. Set up, operate and adjust equipment, and be able to meet established production standards regularly.

Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions. Continually monitor quality of finished product per established QC guidelines. Insure work area is free of hazards and clean of debris.

Follows all required safety procedures and communicates all concerns regarding safety to department manager. Complete paperwork to assure proper job counts along with job track ability. Responsible for accurate time keeping and data collection through the MIS system.

Involve Department Supervisor and/or Department Manager anytime concerns exist relative to quality, schedules, delays, etc. Read and understand the Job "Work Order" for instructions and specifications specific to the manufacturing of a job. Produce all jobs according to the specifications and instructions within the Work Order. Complete production time keeping records (Data Collection) via Accura RDC inclusive of logging time against the proper activity codes, quantity produced, and materials where applicable.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Approve sets ups and make ready of other operators before the jobs get produced.

Perform reasonable repairs and maintenance as needed. Assist in assigning work and machines when required. Provide clear communication in the assisting of training and encouraging the growth of other staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS: Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must have the necessary machine skills too effectively and efficiency operate all Specified Equipment. Quality conscious and detail oriented. Production driven mindset Five years or more of experience.

Ability to read and understand written instructions and carry out tasks to meet instructions. Working Environment/Physical

Must be able to pass a Post Offer Prehire Physical exam Noise from various mail/material-handling machines Dust associated with mail and packing materials Lifting and carrying of material up to 50 pounds Must be able to push/pull 50lbs Must be able to stand all day Must be able to bend, crouch, squat, crawl, kneel, balance, and reach above head Requires repetitive tasks/motions, good eye-hand-foot coordination, and good manual dexterity Must be able to hear alarms/phone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders. Perform all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released. Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained – cylinders requiring maintenance or repair are removed from service until corrected. Regularly inspect and maintain pumping apparatus and associated pressure gages and monitoring devices. Fill cylinders or containers to proper pressure or weight, whichever is appropriate. Ensure cylinder filling records are accurately maintained and that all required procedures are followed in order to comply with local, state and federal regulations. Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported to management. Conduct periodic checks of plant for safe and efficient operation. Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Maintain neat, clean and orderly plant appearance Perform mathematical calculations Assist with loading and unloading trucks and/or trailers when required Assist with inventory, general housekeeping, and help customers when necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to perform very heavy work – routinely lifts 25 – 75 lbs, and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 100 lbs. Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required.
