In-Office Part-Time Office Administrative Professional

We are currently seeking to add an In-Office Part-Time Office Administrative Professional to our Lake Oswego, OR office. This position is 100% in-office. Work hours 10 am - 2 pm
The typical salary range for this position is $20/hr to $25/hr and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
What you'll be doing:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Greet and assist with in-person visitors. A friendly, approachable demeanor is imperative.
Oversee general administrative needs including but not limited to shipping, ordering office and breakroom supplies, ordering/canceling office access cards, assisting with virtual meeting setup, and coordinating office maintenance and/or repairs.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 3 Years of experience in administrative office support.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to proofread and edit correspondence and simple reports.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Capability to handle a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
This position is 100% in-office.
