Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic In-House Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team of 5 members. The ideal candidate will have proven sales management experience, be energetic and be able to move at a fast pace. Your primary responsibility will be to run a successful team focused on in-house sales to our existing patients. If you are a motivated sales leader with a passion for driving success and developing teams this migh just be your calling!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 5 sales representatives
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales from existing patients
• Hold the team accountable to performance metrics and goals
• Utilize current resources effectively and identify opportunities for improvement
• Mentor and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
• Foster a positive and energetic sales environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably with a background in cash advance or similar industries
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
