We are looking for a In-House Litigation Counsel to safeguard our interests and propel our mission.As our In-House Litigation Counsel, you will play a critical role in working with our clients to ensure smooth operations and adherence to our engagement contracts. This position is ideal for a junior to intermediate lawyer looking to leverage their legal expertise in a dynamic business environment

What You’ll Do:

• Directly interacting with clients with objective of negotiating resolutions.
• Lead negotiations and enforcement actions with a firm, informed hand.
• Navigate the complexities of contract disputes and ensure compliance.
• Implement robust strategies for judgment enforcement and effective collection.

• Proven experience as part of an in-house legal team, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and civil enforcement.
