Citi's US in-house creative agency is looking for an Operations Lead to work with a cross-discipline team of creative talent to assist with workflow and process enhancements and capacity and metrics reporting.
This position requires a proven record of success in operations and business management in an agency environment. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the in-house agency is to provide their partners with innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines, the client's central messaging and ADA compliance.
The Operations / Metrics Lead is specifically responsible for:
Point of contact for team member onboarding
Collaborate with Creative Operations Manager to identify inefficiencies and proactively refine and implement processes to streamline creative work to contribute to long-term agency vision
Ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly; maintaining team access to appropriate technology and software
Point of contact with stakeholders for workflow enhancement implementation and compliance reporting
Maintain updates and organization across process and system documents
Facilitate transfer and upload of final assets to vendors
Serve as backup to the Creative Operations Manager for team metrics, capacity, financial and business tasks, workflow system enhancements, etc.
Conduct brainstorming sessions in a team setting to routinely improve internal user experience, balancing with partner experience and business requirements
Participate in project kickoff meetings, internal reviews and client presentation calls to ensure working knowledge of team's scope

Qualifications:
A BA/S or higher in marketing or a related field
6+ years of business control operations and metrics reporting experience
Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
Self-motivated with proven commitment to quality and attention to detail to drive change and effectively collaborate to implement process improvements
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, business and communication skills, alongside the proven ability to collaborate and influence cross functional stakeholders and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Experience with workflow systems and data analysis
Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive
Keen sense of urgency and eagerness for ownership
Work well under pressure and in tight deadlines
Comfortable in ambiguous situations; self-starter and self-learner
Promote a strong culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries
Successful experience partnering with clients and senior leaders with strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
Ability to adhere to a process calendar
Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
Strategic thinking with the ability to untangle complex issues
